Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of R-Casa Vigo, an internal B2B sales CRM operated by R-Casa. By using the application you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Access is limited to authorized R-Casa employees, contractors, and representatives. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

• Use the CRM only for legitimate R-Casa business purposes.
• Do not attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Third-Party Services

The app integrates with Google Calendar and other services. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

Data & Confidentiality

Customer, pricing, and business data entered into the CRM is confidential to R-Casa. Do not export or share it outside authorized business use.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. R-Casa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if your authorization to use R-Casa systems ends. You may request account closure by contacting your administrator or R-Casa support.

Intellectual Property

R-Casa Vigo and all related materials, including software, designs, and branding, are the property of R-Casa. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R-Casa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R-Casa and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
