R-Casa Vigo ("we", "our", "us") operates an internal B2B sales CRM used by R-Casa staff and authorized representatives. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Google account data, only when you explicitly connect Google Calendar: your email address, calendar events created by this app, and event attendees you specify.

• To operate the CRM features you request (meetings, proposals, invoicing).
• To create and update calendar events on your behalf when Google Calendar is connected.
• To authenticate users and secure access to your workspace data.

Google User Data

Access to Google Calendar is limited to the scopes you approve during OAuth consent. We use Google user data solely to create, read, and update calendar events initiated by you within R-Casa Vigo. We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI/ML models.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized R-Casa personnel.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to maintain session state. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies that track you across the web.

Subprocessors & Integrations

R-Casa Vigo uses Lovable Cloud for hosting and authentication services, and Google Calendar for calendar synchronization. Your data is processed by these subprocessors only to the extent necessary to provide the service. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Data Retention & Deletion

Business records are retained for as long as your account is active and for any additional period required by applicable law or legitimate business needs. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Your Privacy Rights

International Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and encryption, to protect data transferred across borders.
